Sue Howells is a self taught artist and started painting in 1982. Specialising in watercolours her works are bold and vibrant, creating her own landscapes to give her perspective of the world. Watercolours allow Sue to gradually build her compositions and create the exaggerated, energy that makes her work so unique.

In 2008 Sue Howells won the Fine Art Trade Guild award for best selling published artist, this being a testament to the growing popularity of her works.
